Come and see how Dragon Boat Paddle ERG Classes can enhance your off season paddling!

- How to use your heels & hips
- Getting down on the stroke
- Sit up
- Proper technic

- Patience with your stroke

OPEN HOUSE:
Sunday, September 25th, 2022 – 11:00am to 1:00pm
5916 Newport Drive (side garage door)
Erg classes will begin the week of October 3rd, classes will run Mondays, Tuesday,Thursday & Friday 4:00pm, 5:30pm and 7:00pm ( classes can be arranged earlier for those that do not work) all classes will be 1 hour.
Cost $165.00 (11 weeks October 3rd to December 16th (payment arrangement can be made)
Don’t delay in registering for the the day & time you want as it is only three 3 persons per class
